Landscapes
I began painting landscapes in my undergraduate program at Ringling School of Art and Design. Since then I’ve traveled widely both in geographical location and landscape painting styles. While I love traditional “idyllic” landscapes, urban and suburban landscapes hold a special place for me as a stylistic challenge. I love the intricacy of a city block, the abstractness of a shopping mall, and the pile up of urban planning design and the weeds which push through it.
