Plants as subjects.

Plants play an integral part in my life and my work. I’m a gardener of ornamentals, vegetables, fruit trees and cut flowers and my gardens are perhaps my favorite “studio” space. I love to experiment with combinations of plants, both for aesthetic and practical reasons and I’ve increasingly tried to find ways to bring my love of plants and plant lore into my work.
